Re-try Unsuccessful Payment

Please follow these instructions to re-try an unsuccessful PayPal payment attempt

 

If you checked-out while logged on to your account

  • Logon to your account on our website using your email address and password
  • Click on the ‘My Account’ link at the top right of the home page
  • Click on the ‘Orders’ link on the left
  • Click on the ‘Details’ button for the unpaid order
  • Click on the ‘Retry Payment’ button
  • Proceed through the PayPal process either using a PayPal account or click on the ‘Pay by Card’ button on the PayPal login page to pay by Credit Card
  • Do not close the PayPal browser window
  • Wait until PayPal redirects you back to our website to ensure the payment process is complete
  • Once your payment has been completed we can continue to process your order

 

If you checked-out as a Guest (i.e. not logged on)

  • Enter a new order
  • Proceed through the PayPal process either using a PayPal account or click on the ‘Pay by Card’ button on the PayPal login page to pay by Credit Card
  • Do not close the PayPal browser window
  • Wait until PayPal redirects you back to our website to ensure the payment process is complete
  • We will then cancel your original unpaid order and process the new order
