Ordering, Shipping & Returns

It is recommended that you register as a Customer, particularly if you intend to order more than once (as we certainly hope you will), this way your details are securely stored and you will not need to enter them again next time. Please note, for your safety and piece of mind, credit/debit card details are not stored permanently, they will be deleted after order processing.

Registering also enables you to subscribe to newsletters so we can email you with special offers and/or new products which may be offered. Even if you are registered, we will not email you if you do not choose to subscribe to newsletters unless it is necessary in relation to an order.

Ordering is achieved by selecting the products you wish to order via the on-line site and then proceeding through the checkout process where you will be asked to select your payments option, either credit card or cheque/money order. If paying by personal or business cheque, please note that goods will not be shipped until the cheque has been cleared. If paying by credit card you will be asked to provide your credit card details. Our on-line store is secured by Rapid SSL security and accepts payment via PayPal including major Credit/Debit Cards or Direct Debit to our bank account. Your card will only be debited when the goods are ready to be shipped except for special orders where your card will be debited before we place an order on our suppliers. For your safety and piece of mind, card details will be deleted after processing. Orders will be processed within 2 business days hours of receipt.

A PayPal account is NOT required if paying by Credit/Debit card.
Just select the 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' or 'Pay with a Card' option when you get to the PayPal website.



For in stock items, orders will be shipped on the next business day following order processing. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout based on weight.

It is highly recommended that there should be someone present at the delivery address entered on your order to accept delivery. If the Customer's chosen delivery address is unattended when delivery is attempted, the delivery will be left in a safe place if possible. If this is not possible, instructions will be left to enable the Customer to schedule a re-delivery at a more convenient time.

The Shipping cost charged covers initial delivery and, if initial delivery is unsuccessful, one re-delivery attempt. Any additional re-delivery charges will be at the Customer's expense.
If the Customer instructs the delivery agent to re-direct the delivery to an alternate address, the Customer accepts responsible for any re-direction charges.

Coffee Buyers Online is not responsible for any additional charges, import duties and/or taxes (including GST) charged by authorities in the purchaser's chosen delivery country.


Although we hope you will never need to use this facility, we offer a 30 day money back 'Return Policy' for faulty or incorrectly delivered goods. If you are not satisfied with the product ordered, simply return it to us in the original packaging along with the order details and we will refund the purchase price.
